DJ Pleasure & Origin
Tick Fa Tack / Fear
Info
No strangers to the Stereotype imprint, DJ Pleasure and Origin return with their trademark sounds. Having built a reputation for bass-heavy and down right dirty productions, this release maintains the flavour that is expected when you see these two producers’ names on the sleeve. Turn up the subs and turn off the lights!
A. DJ PLEASURE & ORIGIN – TICK FA TACK
An eerie intro guides us in to ‘Tick Fa Tack’, creating a well-crafted atmosphere for a monster bassline to slot right into. And once it drops, it’s clear that this is not a bassline to be taken lightly – evidently a track designed to shake the very foundations of the rave! With soaring reece’s infused with the spine-chilling sample and the odd gap left to truly appreciate the reverbed wobble – this creeper is going to make a statement on dancefloors.
A. DJ PLEASURE & ORIGIN – FEAR
An equally moody intro brings us in to ‘Fear’, with tension-inducing strings building and building before dropping you with a barrage of sub-frequency badness. A high-tempo, take-no-prisoners production, this tune has been arranged by producers who obviously know and love the dancefloor – the kind of guys who are stood next to the bassbins taking in all they can get. Be warned - this one’s not for the faint of heart!
